Hosting Provider

We host our website with our processor Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland (Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps).

Connection data is processed for the purpose of providing and delivering the website. For the sole purpose of delivering and providing the website, the data is not stored beyond the individual access request.

The legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest (the unconditional technical necessity of providing and delivering the “website” service expressly requested by you through your access) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Content Delivery & DNS

We use the service Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA for DNS management and delivery of the website. Connection data may be processed in this context.

Server Log Files

Connection data is processed for the purpose of monitoring technical functionality and increasing the operational security of our web host. The duration of processing is limited to 30 days.

The legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest (the unconditional technical necessity of server log files as a basic data source for error analysis and security measures in connection with the “website” service expressly requested by you through your access) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact Form

Our website provides the option to contact us directly via a contact form. After the contact form has been submitted, the personal data entered by you is processed by the controller for the purpose of handling your enquiry on the basis of the consent you granted by submitting the form, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, until such consent is withdrawn.

There is no statutory or contractual obligation to provide the personal data. Failure to provide it merely means that you cannot submit your enquiry via the form and we cannot process it.

Security Services

On this website we use services provided by security service providers, such as captcha services, to prevent non-human and automated entries.

Web Fonts – Google Fonts

We process connection data and browser data with our processor Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, for the purpose of providing the fonts required by the web browser to display the website (Bebas Neue, DM Sans, Space Mono). This data is processed only for the period required to select and transmit the fonts.

Right to Object
